Conscientiously-made, "Green" Emulsion Removers for Graphics and Textile Screen Printers

Click Here for Your Complete Video on the Only Eulsion Remover You'll Ever Need.

Within the realm of emulsion removers, we want to reintroduce two that are top sellers. They are biodegradable and, with the addition of a filtration system, you are doubly assured that any solids will be collected. As a result, the environmental impact to plumbing and septic systems continues to be protected.

Showcased today are: ERG² 8550L Emulsion Remover from RhinoTech that is a highly efficient ready-to-use product. This Emulsion Reclaiming Solution rapidly removes emulsion and capillary films from screens. It offers excellent freeze/thaw characteristics and is ideal for use in all climates. And it never separates out active ingredients. And, as mentioned earlier, environmental, economic, plumping system and septic field protections are assured when a filtration system is used in combination to collect solids that are 5 microns and larger. This can be accomplished by using a RhinoClean M10 Filtration System that has a woven filter media to collect the particles.

ERG² 8500L Emulsion Remover is also a highly efficient, ready-to-use product;  rapidly removing emulsion and capillary films from screens. The freeze/thaw characteristics are excellent so the product can be easily used in all climates. It never separates out active ingredients and can be used straight or mixed in a 1:15 ratio with water. The same protections are assured when a filtration system is used to collect solids that are 5 microns and larger.

RhinoTech: HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS are NEXT GENERATION of SCREEN PRINTERS.

This next generation of screen printers amazes us with their questions, energy and creativity and the way that they quickly grasp any type of new technology.

Demonstrating the newest stencil-making system to them at various trade shows using RhinoScreen Dry Stencil Film has been inspiring. Their reactions to a system that utilizes just a computer, laser printer and heat press to produce vibrant products has been positive, especially when the realization hits that instead of the traditional, lengthy stencil-making system, they can implement a 4 - step process. With the elimination of the need for a film positive, emulsion, capillary film, exposure and drying time, the students easily understand how their classroom and on-the-job productivity is increased. And it is also gratifying for us to provide hands-on instruction to the high school instructors whose responsibility it is to launch capable, up-to-date graduates into our industry.

Let us help you increase your productivity and bottom-line using the latest stencil-making system. It is revolutionizing the industry and you should be part of it.

An Excellent Show for RhinoTech

Attendance at Graphics of the Americas/FESPA and RhinoTech booth traffic was superb last weekend in Orlando. Booth assistance from Vanessa Ruiz from Neenah was outstanding. Global business introductions were excellent.

Reception to RhinoScreen Dry Stencil Film was extremely positive and mirrored what we've experienced in other parts of the country.

And we extend congratulations to Mark Dewar of D & R Enterprises. Mark came to the show to see a demo of RhinoScreen Dry Stencil Film, signed up for the RhinoTech Flash Dryer drawing contest and WON.

RhinoTech in India

As part of his latest visit to Mumbai to attend Screen Print India, Greg also spent time in Ahmadabad, India, meeting with customers. The city of about 7 million people is the 6th largest in India. He also had the opportunity to travel about 250 kilometers to another smaller city where there are 350 ceramic manufacturers, some of who are customers. He said it was a "7 dog, one cow and one donkey" adventure to get there (sadly, the animals were victims of a supremely busy road), but once there was awed by the industry and the rate at which it is booming. And that remains good news for RhinoTech.

RhinoScreen Dry Stencil Film is just one of the products that has been introduced into the ceramic industry. And use of RhinoMite and RhinoBond remains strong.

RhinoScreen Dry Stencil Film Rocks Screen Printing Industry.

Between Greg Markus and Todd Michaels of RhinoTech and Neenah Paper Technologies representatives, the details of the new RhinoScreen Dry Stencil Film process was revealed during SGIA/LV a few weeks ago. Approximately 100 people from around the world viewed the newest, revolutionary stencil-making system to hit the screen printing industry in, dare we say, decades? We are still basking in the abundance of positive comments and excitement generated by a system that will require much less time, yet remain highly creative for the screen printer.
