Digital Coutour = Epson 1430 Printer + RhinoTech Heat Transfer Papers

The next level of digital imaging was evidenced on the cat walk during New York City-based Fashion Week, 2015. Notable for its launch of new designers, one impressive debut was from Epson with its exceptional, digitally printed women’s wear. "Epson Flaunts Digital Fabric Printer at Fall 2015 New York Fashion Week."

HEAT TRANSFER PAPER OPTIONS -powered by RhinoTech

Watching this debut unfold in the City of Lights on the same par as some of the most important fashion designers in the world was just plain encouraging.  It made us think that even though a dye-sub process via the Epson SureColor F Series technology was utilized, the concept can be applicable to designs/images utilizing other cool technology found in the combination of SingleJet, SingleJet II  and SingleJet Opaque heat transfer papers and an Epson 1430 large format inkjet printer. These papers are available in 11 x 17 and 8.5 x 11 and in SingleJet Rolls.

TRENDING APPAREL in 2015

This Red is the seasons trend color, as well as, WHITE, arrayed in t-shirts, children and teen's wear (for both boys and girls). The always trending Black and Indigo (the bluest of dark blues) remain in the spotlight of Women's Wear, as well.

It is possible to capture some of the market share with your own distinctive design concepts and/or your customers' creations utilizing an the Epson Inkjet printer and specialty, heat transfer papers from RhinoTech. SingleJet paper enables large and smaller format transfer printing, so that vivid, rich colors burst off a White T-Shirt. To print onto DARK color garments, SingleJet Opaque is used to offer the same vibrancy. View the step-by-step, simple process, on how to print with SingleJet Opaque.
To gain some of the market share is achievable. To appeal to market savvy tweens and teens who are always ready for the next big t-shirt design is a given. We are here to help you claim your share.

The Straight-Up Deal - Get a Good Heat Press and Save Yourself Some Trouble.

Click HERE to learn how to print caps/hats.
Quality matters. If you want to make sure that your finished, digitally printed product will be worthy, do not, REPEAT, do not sacrifice excellence for a low-cost, lesser value and/or used heat press. If you do, you’re most certainly to get what you pay for and you won’t be happy. Instead, follow the best business practice that is to purchase the highest quality press as possible. You won't regret it.
Printing on a curve takes a bit of finesse and can be acquired with some patience and testing. It takes a high quality Heat Press with digital time and temperature controls and the operator’s ability to figure out the pressure needed to apply when heat pressing. That’s why we always suggest that you purchase a test pack of paper. During the practice phase, you’ll be less stressed because you are just TESTING. You'll be figuring out the differences between "low, medium and heavy pressure", paper peeling techniques and more.  In the step-by-step instructional video above, please observe the technique used to produce perfect hats. You’ll discover that it’s important to develop a feel for the “touch and pressure” needed to print on a curve. This will be especially significant when printing on multi-paneled hats with seams.

To help eliminate the search for a great, affordable cap heat press, we’ve tested low-cost, lower quality and high quality heat presses. We offer the latest CAP/HAT Press with confidence. This particular model features a special spring loaded cap mounting clamp. Other features include: Spring balance loaded pressure heat platen, swing-away digital panel, extra working room for mounting cap, full range pressure application, alarm/timer, digital temperature and timer display, Input Voltage of 110V and 120V and plugs into regular wall outlets.

To drive home the point, it's absolutely essential that a digital printing set-up include a reliable heat press with accurate time, temp and pressure results. So…be patient. Practice and test.  And, don’t worry, you will develop the touch to ensure that your creativity, hard work and passion will be reflected in your products.

Many thanks!
