Do You Need A Hand Stretcher for Your Textile Screen Printing Business?

RhinoTech presents the RSP 100 Manual Hand Stretcher in three sizes to produce 20” x 24”, 23” X 31” and 25” x 36” screen frames. Designed for small production start-up groups, use these stretchers to re-stretch screens or produce new ones using 110, 160, 230 mesh.

The RSP 200 offers enhanced warp and weft stretching accuracy and maximum tension holding capability. Locking bars allow for corner softening and equal tension throughout the screen.

The RSP 300 features Pneumatic cylinders and control box to pull the warp and weft of the mesh, independently. Use this system to achieve long term consistency and increased production volume.

Wood and aluminum screen frames can be used with all stretchers, as well, as fast curing RhinoBond Toughened Instant adhesive and RhinoMite 3000 for maximum flexibility, bonding and resistance to screen cleaning solvents.
